Will you do it actually today?
If you have any particular circumstances thar you would find easier to discuss on the phone, please message our WhatsApp chat and someone will reply asap. Our EPC assessors generally work until 10pm, so we are confident we can complete your booking no matter what your requirements. Our booking page will close to certain areas later in the evening if we think we will not have time to complete or we are fully booked. If your appointment is late then there is a chance that the provision of the certificate would be in the early hours of the next morning.
When will I get my certificate?
Once we have completed the assessment, we will email you your certificate typically within 2-4 hours, and also upload it to the government portal at the same time. We will do this even if your appointment is a late one.
